Few years back I went to visit my husband’s cousin on the Sunshine Coast and she made these FINGER LICKING stuffed mushroom caps. And ever since then I have not been able to get these bad boys out of my head.

But since he is out of town most of the time lately and my mom took Ava for the weekend, I decided to treat myself to this “delicatessen”.
And they were every little bit as good as I remember… AND so easy and fast to whip up.
These would make the absolute best appy for a gathering so these bad boys will be making lots of appearances, sorry hubby š
I am so so so excited to share this delicious goodness with you, I promise you will be wishing you made MORE.
