Growing up in Ukraine, one of my favourite foods BY FAR was crepes. So when we feel like we need to get out of our morning cereal routine, this crepes recipe is our go to.
With only 4 ingredients how can you go wrong?
Ava just DEVOURS them.
A lot of people think that crapes are a lot of work, but they don’t have to be.
In light of Mothers Day this weekend I decided to share this recipe in case you want to accidentally leave your page open for your hubby to find an easy and delicious Mothers Day breakfast idea.
The whole thing takes only 10 minutes and includes only 4 ingredients I GUARANTEE you have in your fridge, how can you go wrong?
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs together
- Add in the flour and sugar and whisk until there are no clumps
- Grease the pan with PAM or soak a cotton ball with vegetable oil and grease the pan that way ( keep the pan greasy between every crape )
- On medium heat, evenly spread out the batter in a thin layer to fill the pan.
- Flip after one minute ( or after the mixture solidifies )
- 1-2 minutes on the other side and your crepe is DONE.

Pinning this recipe for later. Crepes are one of my husbands favorite foods (and thye’re pretty high up on my list too!). I’ve never tried making them myself though.

I didn’t even know that you could make crepes with so few ingredients! I have all of these at my house right now and my two year old would love to help – such a great idea ❤︎ Definitely making these this weekend.

Yum – I love crepes. I always get nervous to make them though! We had a friend brunch and had gluten free crepes a few weeks ago – superb!
I’ll have to try them!

The world is your oyster. I eat mine with honey or sour cream, my husband slaps Nutella on his. But sometimes just butter and sugar or any kind of jam works great!!
